We are currently recruiting an E-Commerce Manager to manage Amazon's account. The purpose is to provide focus for our client's sales in relation to Amazon European entities and to help develop a strong relationship within an approved and aligned trade term framework. You will make recommendations and develop the e-commerce strategy, execute the recommended sales service strategy for the company with Amazon pure play and achieve set sales and profit targets for Amazon in the local market (Iberia). As key responsibilities, we can highlight the following: - Work with Amazon's team and Iberia E-Commerce to create, implement and monitor approved full year account business plans. - Work actively with local Amazon team to execute, implement and monitor approved business plans. - Execute and monitor approved e-commerce promotions and marketing campaigns within the business plans. - Monitor stock availability and take initiative to address any issues to ensure availability of our online offering. - Work with the Digital teams to ensure best in class activation across the Amazon platform. - Work closely together with Digital E-Commerce to measure and evaluate digital retail activation calendar. - Effectively manage approved promotional and marketing budgets to drive online sales growth aligned with the local e-comm strategy. - Yearly discussion of aligned and optimized Amazon trade terms. - Drive sustainable and profitable category growth. Our ideal candidate will have: - Degree level education within business, e-commerce, marketing or sales related fields. - At least 3-5 years experience ideally managing Amazon as key account or in e-commerce /pure players (B2B or B2C). - Experience in FMCG, Retail within e-commerce or key account management positions is required. - Solid experience in reporting and analysis. - At least 2 years in sales and negotiation experience - Ability to align trade terms & drive channel profitability. - Strong commercial and negotiation skills. - Strong influencer in order to navigate internally and optimize the way of doing business to meet Amazon needs. - Fluent in English / Spanish - Team player, organized self-starter, excellent planning ability.
