POSITION BACKGROUND
This role will ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets in the assigned territorial area. He is responsible for the administration and development of the company's active client portfolio, the achievement of the quantitative, qualitative and value targets received, the establishment of customer relations based on professionalism and performance, in accordance with the company's marketing policies. He coordinates a team of sales representatives (TMR) for whose performance he is responsible.
REQUIREMENTS
-FMCG Experience and knowledge of the Traditional Trade and IKA;
-Very good knowledge of the Western part of the country (partners/ distributors, clients, numerical distribution, route to market, etc);
-Very well developed commercial sense; Working with CRMs and specific FMCG sales KPIs;
-Excellent people management abilities;
-Strategical thinking;
-Budgeting, forecasting, reporting;
-Leadership and strong influencing and negotiating abilities;
-Good English level; Working knowledge of MS Office;
-Driving license (B level).
TASKS:
-Identifies and satisfies the needs of active customers in accordance with the company's marketing policies and the area of competence assigned;
-Supervises and evaluates the activity of the subordinate team (reporting, motivation, training); -Monitors and supports the activity of customers in the area of responsibility (Distributors, National Accounts, Local Key Accounts, International Key Accounts)
-Implements and monitors compliance with the company's marketing policies by customers in the area of responsibility (Distributors and their customers, National Accounts; Accounts; International Key Accounts);
-Is responsible for reaching the value, quantitative and qualitative targets;
-Identifies and activates potential clients in the area of responsibility;
-Ensures the flow of data and information between the company and its customers in both directions;
-Tracks the commercial balances and resolves late payments from company customers (Distributors, National accounts, Direct accounts); Manages and distributes promotional materials assigned by the company, according to the area of responsibility, with the sole purpose of increasing sales volume;
-He is actively involved, at the company's request, in carrying out promotional campaigns, according to the assigned tasks;
-Permanently prospects the market and informs the direct manager on the observed evolutions.
