FUNCTIES
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish contacts and build key relationships within an assigned geography
- Structure corporate contracts, including pricing, product offerings and value-added propositions
- Market research and update the internal ERP system
- Understanding client needs and elaborating solutions ad-hoc
- Manage end to end selection processes according to methodology
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced/Proficiency Level of Spanish and English, Turkish is a plus
- University Degree - Nice to have - background related to HR, master’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales/business development role
- Strong understanding of client/ account management
- Demonstrated experience in Sales/BD specially in the HR Field
- Relevant operational recruiting experience
- Young dynamic profile
