We are recruiting for our client a Business Development Director (M/F) to help them expand their clientele in USA. Reporting directly to the management in Spain.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new business through your outstanding ability to consult, negotiate and close deals.
Build up the market and develop new opportunities for the company.
Increase the company’s visibility in the American market to drive large and successful sales.
Create and deliver world class presentations to clients.
Develop negotiating strategies and putting them to practice.
Open doors, identify, and build strong relationships with key decision makers and turn big opportunities into successful relationships.
Developing relationships with key customers and securing new business.
Requisites
Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree.
5 or more years of experience in sales of comprehensive solutions for rolling gear and coupling systems in the railway sector.
Minimum 7 years in railway/rolling stock sector.
Closing skills
Autonomous
Sales planning
Ability to work with international companies
Prospecting skills
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Persuasive, with great negotiation skills.
