This is how a day in life will look like: You will be working with trucking companies, drivers, and dispatchers to find the best match for our shipments, looking forward to partnering long term with them. Also, you will be part of a young and ambitious team that collaborates to solve challenging supply chain problems with an eye on your next career opportunity that we will love to promote within our company. Be a Part of a Team where You Will • Develop carriers and providers relationships to guarantee continued partnership. • Provide exceptional service to our carriers • Active search of FTL carriers (grow our pool of trucks and dedicated fleet) • Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations • Prospect, refer and generate leads • Develop a long-term plan and budget for your service provider collaborations • Prepare offers for permanent contract cooperation and specific client projects • Measure performance and satisfaction with KPIs • Create and lead your own team • Ability to create out of the box solutions • Work by objectives • Value diverse and inclusive work environment Qualifications • Academic degree • Experience in the logistics sector (3 years minimum) • Advanced in Microsoft office • English language is a must (Spanish is a plus) Benefits • Flexible schedule • Paid and floating holidays • Hybrid work model to create a career that works with your personal and professional goals • Competitive salary + Bonus incentives
