FUNCTIES
Requirement:
• Managing TOP-key accounts in the German, Austrian and/or Swiss retail market for FMCG Branded products.
• Sales increase through growth of existing and acquisition of new customers.
• Develop sales and presence of International Brands all over the market, specially at main Retailers, while developing other segments and customers looking for new opportunities and alternatives.
• New products and segments launch of a very well-known international brands in the homecare market.
• Implementation of customer plans and KAM Strategies for dedicated customers.
• Maximize profitability of all commercial actions and agreements while making sales grow all over the countries.
• Look for short term actions or alternatives to make business grow for our Brands a part from main retailers.
• Yearly negotiations experience with main retailers, deep analysis of current conditions and how to improve them.
• Arrangement of customer visits and keeping a permanent contact to all dedicated customers.
• Preparation of offers and running price-negotiations.
• Develop tools and contacts to manage Private Label business with main customers.
• Support in the development of KAM tools, business and budget-plans.
• Frequent and permanent reporting to Sales Director DACH and also to International Head Quarters.
Requirements:
- Business administration studies/degree or similar with a min 4 years of work experience and min. 2 years of KAM management experience in the German, Austrian or Swiss retail market for FMCG products with proven success. Candidates with more experience will be considered as well.
- Fluent in German (native) and English, an additional language is desirable-
- Residence: South of Germany (area of Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt). Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours; predominantly within DACH area.
- Ability to work independently (home base work), but also ability to work in a team either with DACH Team or with HQ.
