We are looking Key Account Manager for leading international company in the development, manufacture and marketing of home care and personal care products. MISSION: Ensure the growth of our client in the UK, closing agreements to enter new clients and extending the business with existing customers to new categories. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS: - Commercial management of the accounts that are assigned, both existing and potential o Achieve sales targets and results set by the company o Ensure the establishment and maintenance of excellent relationships with all stakeholders, collaborating at various levels of dialogue o Ensure continuous and close contact, maintaining frequent meetings and personal contacts o Ensure a contribution of differential value to the client, with an excellent prior preparation of their interactions, brilliant execution, and impeccable deal tracking o Ensure alignment of interests of the client and the company, which sometimes point to different directions - Negotiation of annual agreements and referencing of new products in current and potential clients. - Preparation, control and assurance of compliance with Business Plans agreed with clients (JOint Business Plans –JBP’s) - Preparation, together with the Director of the area, of the access plan for new clients, defining actions, timing and necessary resources - Definition, development, control and assurance of the fulfillment of commercial plans per client for 2 years view - Management of new product development projects, acting as coordinator between the client and the departments of the company to achieve successful launches within the established deadline. Channel new business opportunities (products, categories, clients) from conception to materialization - Progress report to the Director of the area, analyzing monthly evolution of the commercial plans and suggesting actions to correct deviations - Analysis and monitoring of market information (IRI, Nielsen ...), as well as the evolution of our sector in terms of manufacturers, distributors and products, contributing their local knowledge of the sector Competencies expected - Minimum 5 years managing retailer brand products businesses in the FMCG sector - Experience in creating new businesses and / or winning new ones clients with proven success - At least 8 years managing large English chains (Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl) - Preferable experience in the non-food sector - Graduate (Business Administration preferred) - MBA or postgraduate in Sales and / or Marketing will be valued Location: Homeoffice, with availability for national trips (clients in Leeds, Birmingham and London) and international
