Your mission will be to lead and be responsible for all aspects of the company recruiting and HR policies. Play a critical role in ensuring that company hires the best possible talent on the market.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement recruitment strategy and action plans.
- Advise the management team on best practices for recruitment and HR policies such as onboarding, retention, industry trends, compensation and benefits, etc.
- Manage end to end recruiting process. Perform in-person and online interviews with candidates, evaluate business case, etc.
- Design tracking KPIS for the recruiting and hiring process.
- Design and implement the onboarding plan.
- Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and obtain an overall picture of their short, mid and long-term needs.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Handle any necessary administrative duties and recordkeeping.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, etc. to promote employer branding.
- Coordinate relations with major Universities, etc. including recruiting initiatives and PR activities and events.
- Ensure that organization structure, personnel policy, and country laws regarding employment practices are up to date and compliant with current legislation.
- Act as liaison with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with marketing in the promotion of internal /external events.
Job Requirements
- 5 years’ experience recruiting profiles preferably in tech sector with B2B experience.
- International experience is essential, as is fluency in English.
- Proven track record in recruiting top sought after talent.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Passion for innovative high-tech products and for cutting-edge technology.
- Desire to work in a start-up environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Not mandatory, but valued as a plus:
- MA in HR or similar field.
- Knowledge and understanding of NFT marketplaces and communities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the videogaming sector.
- Fluency in Spanish.
