FUNCTIES

Functions Fully responsible for the consecution of the budget and set objectives. Annually, budget preparation and negotiation in the headquarters. Direct involvement in the operation of the company ensuring the accomplishment of the objectives, sales planning, turnover, growth and profitability, efficiency, quality and expected service level. Market analysis to define the opportunities for the companies products and services in the country, business development, definition of the product/services portfolio according to market information. Main responsible to define the sales strategy in order to grow the market share and the business in the country. Direct involvement in business development, management of big accounts, institutional sales and coordination of the resources to deliver turnkey water treatment solutions. Leads the activity of the different Departments, controls the economic outputs and the activity of logistics and purchasing areas. Represents the company in front of customers, local authorities and institutions, promoting and keeping relationships with them to obtain new contracts. Requisites Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, preferably high education and MBA a plus. Fluency in Czech and English More than 5 years’ relevant experience in sales management within a similar industry (professional channel). Experience managing and motivating a small team. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and be a strong contributing team member. Excellent customer service, with the ability to communicate, present information, make recommendations and influence positively while exercising professionalism and diplomacy to accomplish objectives. Strong collaboration skills. Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines. Facilitation skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of aligning goals and objectives, combined with a strong understanding of business concepts and key business drivers. Capacity to remain up to date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance. Availability to travel locally and internationally (visit and meetings in HQ)
