Mission:
Lead and oversee the subsidiary's operations in Germany, managing both front and back office functions.
You will be part of a team that helps facilitate people's mobility and make their commute an unforgettable experience. You will work in an international, multicultural and fast-paced environment where every day is different.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop and expand all aspects of mobility and vehicle sales in Germany.
- Manage country-level Profit & Loss (P&L) with store-level granularity, proposing actions for profitability.
- Collaborate with Group's head office on annual budget and business plan.
- Mobility Operations:
Strategically propose new store locations based on market knowledge and competition.
Design and execute daily processes, internal rental guidelines, and sales maximization strategies.
Manage facility and vehicle maintenance.
- Vehicle Buying and Selling:
Optimize vehicle marketing, professional staffing, and fleet selection for maximum sales profitability.
Negotiate with various suppliers for services, maintenance, and rentals.
- Relationship Management:
Collaborate with airport and train station managers for public tenders.
- Recruitment and HR:
Hire employees across all activity lines.
- Vehicle Fleet Management:
Balance rental demand and vehicle availability.
Plan fleet rotations and volumes for sales and purchases.
Manage outsourced cleaning and maintenance services.
- Customer Service:
Set and monitor quality standards for customer service.
- Commercial and Marketing:
Negotiate collaboration agreements with partners from other sectors.
Develop B2B sales channels and set objectives.
- Data Monitoring:
Analyze data daily for corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local and international regulations and standards.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience in the Rent-A-Car (RAC) sector (additionally, experience in vehicle sales and purchase is highly desirable).
- At least 10 years in different positions from the base and the last years in Regional Management.
- Data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, planning, and tracking software.
- Advanced German and English speaker
