FUNCTIES
Mission:
This is a new created position due to the dynamic growth and expansion of the business in Poland.
Functions:
- You build long term business relationships with our international industrial customers and their respective landlords through sales and consulting activities
- You support our customers with the development of large-scale projects and feed these into PSD (Product & Solution Development) to gather holistic solutions
- You trigger and steer internal activities such as systems design, business calculations and legal to achieve the most competitive offers
- You lead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personal and internal supporters
- You finalize the contractual closure, coordinate marketing activities with the customer and support project management in case of escalations
- You achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue, and profitability
- You take care of high qualified future opportunities to secure long lasting performance
- You analyze the market and customer trends to adopt on group level developments
- You collaborate with the international sales colleagues to deliver growth abroad
- You document your sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) with high quality
- You represent the company at local and international trade shows, events, and seminars
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales
- Absolutely necessary is experience in the renewable energy industry and/ or solutions business towards industrial clients
- Completed studies in Business Administration and/ or Engineering or obtained the equivalent professional experience to fulfill the requirements
- Track record of multiple level selling to complex decision-making units
- Technical affinity with photovoltaic on-site and off-site generation projects, carports, energy management, energy storage and charging solutions
- Absolutely necessary is also knowledge of the energy market and regulatory environment in Poland
- Knowledge and understanding of financial modeling are of essential importance as well fluent language skills in Polish and English are required
- Knowledge of German is a plus (most customers have headquarters outside of Poland)
- Availability to travel, at least 30%
- Excellent skills in communication and time management
- Independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
