FUNCTIES

Mission: The Integrated Business Planning Director (IBP Director) reports to the CTO and is responsible for establishing the IBP program across the full organization starting from the vision and leading all the aspects of the program development/implementation and to ensure a complete integration with the existing WCM platform and the 4.0 initiatives. Functions: • Lead the implementation and establishment of the Program - Coordinate and develop the Integrated Business Planning Program for the group worldwide starting from the vision and Route-map following a well defined strategy. - Definition of the detailed project steps starting from the current SIOP process assessment and gap analysis in close cooperation with the regional SC manager and GM Operation. - Engineer and develop the program to ensure the full integration with the WCM Supply Chain pillar and guarantee the consolidation of the continuous improvement platform in alignment with the WCM program Operation and SME • Model Development - Development of methods and tools, standardisation and upgrade previa internal and external benchmarking and working with consultants to extend the internal knowledge and further grow the program. - Development and implementation of an Audit process to sustain the program in alignment with the existing Operation and SME system. • Responsible Best Practice - Support and promote the best practice process implementation across the organization. • Training package - Development and deployment of training material through the redaction of the template standard and relevant training package to guarantee a clear and effective use of it. • Training - Planning and execution of training programs, workshops and coaching sessions to build up awareness and understanding of IBP Concept/Philosophy, and to ensure its practical applications. • Data Analysis - Analyse the data available through business intelligence system and develop the best strategy for the SC. Requirements: • Strong Supply Chain/operation background and a very good business understanding • Good knowledge and understanding World Class Manufacturing Concept/Philosophy and/or other continuous improvement methodologies and the application of relevant tools and methods • Business Intelligence expert • Exposure to international assignments and co-operations • Capability to work in a matrix structure • Fluency in English and, ideally, additional language skills • Strong customer and people focus • Team player • Proven record of results orientation and success. • A minimum of 30/40 % travel time required.
