We are looking for a General Manager for the opening of a new exclusive destination in Mallorca. The 15 exclusive suites, each with its own patio and private pool, overlook the spectacular polo field of the neighboring Equestrian Centre, surrounded by blooming gardens, a unique scent, and the pure authenticity of tranquillity and peace.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the operations, coordination, management, supervision, and analysis of results from all Hotel Departments: Rooms departments, Recreation/Fitness Centres, SPA, Engineering/Maintenance, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Event Management.
Direct and inspire the high performance of hotel teams continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality, and productive processes and workflow.
Ensure the smooth implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives, procedures, and company policies align with the strategic plans. The position ensures operations meet the brand’s target guest needs, ensuring associate satisfaction, focusing on growing revenues, and maximizing financial performance. As a member of the Executive Committee develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target guest and property associates and provides a return on investment.
Requirements:
-Experience in Luxury Hospitality.
-Extensive experience as a hotelery GM or in a similar role.
-Experience in launching new high-end hotelery projects.
-Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
-Spanish/international market knowledge is mandatory.
-Bachelor´s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master´s degree in a related discipline is valuable.
-Functional knowledge of all department operations.
-High level of English is a must-verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
-Experience in F&B operations.
-Experience in Event Organization.
-General Financial, Inventory & Cost control skills.
-Proven business acumen with solid financial and analytical skills.
-Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
