Join a leading global enterprise specializing in cutting-edge thermal protection and insulation solutions for diverse industrial needs. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Technician to join their team and drive the expansion efforts across the African continent.
Responsibilities:
Drive business development in Morocco and African countries.
Develop and monitor assigned budgets.
Strategically plan sales visits, optimizing cost, time, and results.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with Country Manager or Regional Business Line Director to secure strategic orders by offering competitive pricing.
Ensure certification, invoicing, and timely collection of payments.
Maintain CRM database with updated information.
Keep Country Manager or Regional Business Line Director informed about important matters, new business opportunities, competition, potential partners, client changes, etc.
Execute Technical Operations tasks on assigned projects.
Coordinate project information with Operations Management.
Must have:
Experience as a sales technician driving business development.
Experience in business development in African countries.
Experience in the refractory sector.
Availability for travel.
English B2-C1
