FUNCTIES
MISSION
Directs and controls the operational and financial management of the unit under his/her responsibility, following the policies and procedures established by the Group for this purpose.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates and supervises the activities of the operational team
• Ensures the identification of improvement and development needs within teams
• Analyzes revenue (accommodation and F&B) and daily costs (purchases, overtime/casual work, etc.)
• Analyzes and follows up on all guest feedback , managing comments and complaints to prevent dissatisfaction and implement corrective or improvement actions where necessary to exceed guest objectives.
• Ensures regular presence in the public areas of the property under their responsibility, interacting regularly with guests
• Regularly visits the unit's operational areas to ensure that operations are running as planned
• Collaborates annually in preparing the operating budget for the following year for the unit under their responsibility
• Prepares investment plans or change proposals for management validation
• Participates in meetings with the Operations Department to analyze and discuss unit results and their future forecasts
• Participates in the analysis, organization, and validation of prices (or changes) for services and menus
• Ensures the proper maintenance of the equipment and infrastructure of the unit under its responsibility
• Participates in the definition of purchasing strategies, with a view to cost control and quality assurance for the customer.
• Implements or organizes specific seasonal services within the unit
• Analyzes and monitors HACCP inspections and assessments, implementing any necessary corrective measures
MAIN REQUIREMENRS
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) (Hotel Management/Tourism or Business Administration)
• More than 5 years of experience in hotel management, taking into account factors such as Operations manager, Protocol and Event Organization, Food and Beverage Management, Leadership, Motivation, and Team Coaching
• Advance English level
