Our client, a renowned hospitality group in Dubai and lead the growth of our prestigious event venues and engross our portfolio of corporate clients.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute sales strategies for multiple luxury event spaces, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
• Identify new business opportunities across corporate and private event segments.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients including corporate groups, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design impactful sales blitzes and promotional campaigns.
• Lead negotiations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
• Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports and forecasts to senior management.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in sales strategy and execution within hospitality or events.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
• Ambition to grow revenue and take luxury event sales to the next level.
