FUNKTIONEN

Unique opportunity at one of the world's largest and most prestigious hotel brands. If you are driven and have more than 5 years of experience in procurement, having managed purchasing in IT and digital related products and services in international environments (but not exclusively), than we have a great opportunity to the dynamic procurement professional eager to take his or her career to the next level. You will be joining to join one of the world's leading hotel brands and helping them carrying out all the strategic negotiations for their multiple sites across the world. Our client is prestigious French hotel group with presence in all the continents. If you think this is for you then keep reading: About you: •5+ years of experience in sourcing, demonstrable successful in sourcing in a cross-cultural environment and matrix-based environment. • Proven negotiation and strong analytical skills. • Organized and accountable, leading complex projects in a demanding and fast paced environment • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Able to work within a global and highly matrixed organization, managing a transversal role • Excellent English, French and Spanish both written and verbal • Great communication skills • Thinks Strategically • Clarifies critical priorities to create business value. Assesses potential risks. • Influences Internally & Externally - Seeks to understand others' needs and interests to build trust. • Generates engagement and commitment from others. • Manages conflict in a pragmatic and constructive manner.
