FUNKTIONEN

WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Contribute to drive and develop the Group sales, with a strong collaboration to the sales team of the BU. The PM is a member of the Commercial Operations team and collaborates with the Sales Teams to provide Product expertise and Sterilization practices knowledge. - Develop a Hospital Solutions portfolio of offers from a strategic and operational perspective. (Portfolio management from a Global life cycle perspective on both product technological and new product development aspects, and geographical footprint perspective (brands per market or geographies management, etc)). - Develop customer adoption through product promotion, educational programs, and the management of Key Opinion Leaders: the PM will create and ensure animation of the customers educational programs (webinars, portal, face to face trainings and workshops, symposia, etc). - Manage in scope products, services and solutions for Hospitals Sterilization Service Departments, from a technical, life cycle management, communication, and regulatory perspectives. - Develop Global and regional pricing for in scope product portfolio, with consistency to the Direct and Indirect Business Units - Ensure that the appropriate education and tools are available to the sales force to promote in-scope products and solutions: create the product and environment training, train the Sales managers as end user facing or train the trainer situations WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Someone with 5 years + experience in Marketing and Product Management roles preferably within an international environment - Someone with a background in the hospital solutions / sterilization sector - Knowledge of the hospital market and the direct distribution to hospitals - Fluency in English
