Responsibilities:
- Design and Execute Company talent acquisition strategies that emphasize speed, quality, diversity, process efficiency and candidate experience.
- Coordinate BU selection processes at the international level and perform selection processes at Group, aligned with the annual HR action plan.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events that contributes to an effective recruitment strategy
- Recruit and negotiate selection providers with HR (head hunters, recruitment firms, and websites) according to company policy standards and requirements.
- Review and monitor Key performance indicators to assess recruiting effectiveness in hiring cycle time, competitive measures, new hire engagement and identify areas of improvement
- Develop, together with External Communication Area a strong Employer branding, as well as an Employee Value Proposition to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Participate in the HR digital transformation and contribute to ONE HR Project journey
Profil:
- Master’s degree in organizational psychology, or Human Resources with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- The candidate has significant experience with demonstrated strategic and operational knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition, including strategy, program management and delivery of services.
- Proven success in employee lifecycle management from recruitment, on-boarding and employer branding.
- Required experience and expertise in supporting an internationally dispersed organization.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Digital sensibility is a plus
