Our client is an innovative technological scale-up company working in Semantic Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision solutions for Lifesciences, Enterprise, Fintech, and Legaltech industries, that works on developing highly disruptive AI technology that will transform health sciences and traditional enterprise companies. We are looking for an IT Sales Manager for Latin America Market to drive the company business growth and spearhead its internationalization in the region. Reporting to the Global Sales and Product Director this an exciting opportunity for a talented, honest and ethical sales professional to play an important role in our client´s ongoing success. Your main functions will be to support in structuring and operating the business in order to grow operations in Latinoamerica and to acomplish with the sales quotas. You will need to scout for trends in technology, conduct market analysis and benchmarking and to explore business opportunities with potential partners and intermediaries to drive business growth and generate leads. You will be in charge of pipeline generation to identify and prospect new custormers that you will qualify by conducting a deep analysis of their business goals and decision makers, and translate those client needs into business proposals that generates value. Also, you will closely work with the technical and development team in order to develop AI Solutions for the clients and you will manage and supervise different projects roadmaps in coordination with CTO, to guarantee customer satisfaction. What you need to succeed: - You are an experienced Business Development Manager with a successful background in Artificial Intelligence Companies or maybe you are working for an IT consultancy firm focused in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and/or Clinical Research Organizations. - You have a strong working knowledge of Health IT products and solutions related to AI (Machine learning, Deep learning Computer-artificial vision, Artificial Vision) or semantic AI (Text analytics, Knowledge graphs). - You have a business network and client portfolio in Mexico / Latin America and a proven sales track record above quotas. - You have a proactive personality are you are constantly looking for new business opportunities, with ease to understand clients´ needs and with strong communication skills. - You have some team management experience and your are capable to inspire, lead, coach, set expectations, and motivate the sales team to build and grow their territories. Team will grow according to company growth. - You enjoy working in fast growing, high enthropy and changing environments. - You have the ability to solve problems and are a design thinker.
