Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in client success and digital advertising? We’re seeking a Client Success Director to lead and inspire our regional Client Success team across Latin America. In this high-impact role, you will be pivotal in shaping how we partner with agencies and advertisers to drive exceptional results and revenue growth. What you’ll own: Develop and execute a clear, forward-thinking client success strategy tailored to LATAM’s unique market dynamics. Lead, grow, and empower a high-performing team, equipping them with the frameworks and tools to excel. Collaborate closely with Sales and executive leadership to unlock new revenue streams, drive client retention, and expand partnerships. Champion operational excellence by creating scalable processes, SLAs, and performance metrics that ensure consistent, best-in-class client experiences. Serve as a trusted senior advisor to key clients and agencies, aligning our solutions tightly with their business goals. Foster seamless cross-functional teamwork across Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver proactive and efficient client service. Leverage data-driven insights and reporting to continuously optimize campaign performance and media investments. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and evolving client expectations to maintain our competitive edge in the region. Represent the company as a thought leader in strategic client engagements and industry forums. What are the requirements: 15+ years leading client success or account management teams within AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech environments. Proven success scaling regional or multi-market teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Deep knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, programmatic media, and agency workflows in LATAM. Strong track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth at scale. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at the executive level. Strategic mindset with a passion for data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities. Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and BI platforms is a plus.
