Region Site Supervisor – Poultry Industry Projects - Iowa

We are currently partnering with a leading international engineering and project management company specialized in poultry industry solutions to identify a Region Site Supervisor for projects across the Iowa

The company delivers turnkey solutions for poultry production facilities, combining engineering, technology, and construction expertise to support clients globally. Due to continued growth in the U.S. market, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced professional capable of supervising complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

As Region Site Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for the planning, management, and supervision of poultry industry projects of varying scale and complexity.

You will oversee the successful execution of all project phases, from initial planning and engineering coordination through to final delivery, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

FUNCTIES:

Coordinate and supervise project activities in close collaboration with management and engineering teams.
Ensure proper communication, alignment, and monitoring of technical guidelines, planning, and execution strategies.
Lead comprehensive project planning, defining scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and KPIs.
Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including specialists in:
- Civil Engineering
- Architecture
- MEP
- Automation
- Technology providers and external stakeholders

Develop and review project schedules, risk matrices, mitigation plans, and control structures.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Lead technical and follow-up meetings, preparing progress reports, documentation, and executive summaries.
Ensure the correct integration of technical solutions across engineering disciplines and guarantee constructive feasibility.
Identify technical or financial deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of project management procedures.
Provide direct support to senior management in technical proposals, methodologies, and resource estimations.

VEREISTEN:

- Experience in project supervision or site management, ideally within industrial, construction, or agricultural infrastructure projects.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external contractors.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.

- Availability to travel across Iowa to supervise projects, attend meetings, inspections, training sessions, and seminars.
- The work schedule may vary depending on project needs, and working hours may occasionally extend beyond a standard 8-hour day
