Product Manager

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will take full P&L ownership of a defined product portfolio, guiding its global lifecycle and ensuring it meets evolving market needs. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic market analysis with hands-on negotiation and relationship management. You will act as the bridge between international producers and customers, leveraging a robust internal network of Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance experts. Responsibilities:

- Manage a defined product portfolio with full P&L responsibility, overseeing global development and lifecycle.
- Identify and develop market needs and opportunities to drive segment growth.
- Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and determine competitive sales prices for the market.
- Select new supply sources and build long-term relationships with key global suppliers.
- Manage supply and demand to optimize working capital and inventory levels.
- Grow the portfolio by integrating innovative and sustainable products in line with global trends.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure internal efficiency and compliance.
- Support the sales team by providing technical knowledge and participating in customer visits.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within a distribution environment.
- Strong technical background in Chemistry or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and optimize working capital.
- Willingness to travel internationally to visit suppliers and customers.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience operating in international markets across Europe, Asia, and North America.
- Deep knowledge of sustainability and regulatory requirements within the chemical industry.
