Join our Hospitality & Leisure Division as an International Headhunter, where you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for executive and C-suite positions across the globe, partnering with prestigious clients in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of hospitality leadership by identifying and securing high-caliber candidates in an international setting. Based in Madrid, you will work in a hybrid environment that combines flexibility with collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Executive Search:
- Leverage cutting-edge tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing, to find and engage high-potential candidates.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and candidate placement for executive and senior-level positions.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensuring client and candidate expectations are met and exceeded.
2. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay ahead of hospitality and leisure industry trends, ensuring you provide strategic insights to clients on talent landscapes and market shifts.
- Use data-driven analysis to refine recruitment strategies, track success metrics, and continually optimize processes for better outcomes.
3. C-Suite Networking & Business Development:
- Build and nurture a high-impact network of executive contacts across the global hospitality sector.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, events, and industry engagement, expanding your reach and our client base.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, offering expert guidance on recruitment strategy and market positioning.
4. Reporting & Technology-Driven Recruitment:
- Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activities, client engagements, and candidate pipelines using advanced recruitment software.
- Provide insightful reports on business development, recruitment metrics, and market insights, contributing to strategic decision-making.
How does our ideal candidate looks like ?
- Demonstrated success as a 360° Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter, specializing in executive-level recruitment.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, with experience in the hospitality and leisure sectors being a plus.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align recruitment strategies with client business objectives.
- Experience networking with C-suite executives and building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple executive searches simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using modern recruitment tools and software to streamline processes and enhance candidate outreach.
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish or English ; proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Dutch, or Italian is highly desirable.
