For our Madrid HQ, we are seeking a motivated and experienced 360° Executive Search Consultant / Headhunter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in identifying and developing new business opportunities and will manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, client management, and candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions for their talent needs nationally and internationally.
- Negotiate terms of business and secure new contracts with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
- Understand clients' business challenges and recruitment needs to provide strategic advice and recruitment solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on market trends, candidate availability, and progress on open roles.
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, including arranging interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and outcomes to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of all client and candidate interactions in the company CRM.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, recruitment progress, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a 360° Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter with a strong focus on Business Development, and/or substantial B2B Sales Experience with proficiency in managing short sales cycles.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and extensive knowledge of industry-specific dynamics.
- C-suite Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to network and engage with C-suite executives, building and maintaining influential relationships.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and sustain professional relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing recruitment software and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance sales efficiency.
- Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in other languages is highly valued and considered an asset.
