Sr business developer (Technology (FSS, NGSO, or telecom)) The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets • Generate income, identifying and closing the greatest number of opportunities through that allow to reach the annual quota (biannually reviewed). • Keeping CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up to date by, entering progress in each of the opportunities • Establish very close business relationships in order to allow and facilitate the closing of new businesses or the renewal of their contracts • Participate in the main satellite events that take place during the year with the aim of generating new customers and incomes through innovative proposals. • The ability to identify and qualify if a prospect has the necessary profile to be a customer • Having knowledge of the product and the market to develop winning proposals that increase the company's income and achieve the objectives set. • Being able to make direct decisions in negotiations that do not compromise the company, to expedite the negotiation phase with a prospect. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business • 5+ years of sales experience in Technology (FSS, NGSO, or telecom) • 8+ years of Industry experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven sales leadership in a global Telecommunications organization with significant matrix sales management responsibility. • Experience of driving, shaping and executing large, regional deals. • Specific evidence of having built or substantially increased SATCOM/Telco revenues. • Technical acumen to lead sales of existing and emerging leading-edge technologies. • Experience of commercial and contractual negotiations with a complex set of customers with global reach • Domestic and International travel required – expect 50% of the time • Location: United States Compensation • Basic Salary: $10,000-12,000 USD • Annual target Bonus: 50% (annual salary).
