We are currently recruiting an experienced Revenue Growth Manager who will lead the necessary cultural change inside the business unit to move from volume to a value driven commercial organization using the 5 RGM pillars (portfolio strategy, product assortment and mix, pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness and trade terms/partnering) strategies and tactics as the levers to ignite that change. The role will partner with Marketing Team (Trade & Operational) to develop overarching strategic and tactical activation plans, as well as collaborate directly with Sales to jointly develop plans and support developing category growth. Part of the responsibilities will include tracking RGM program execution and performance, develop, and deploy RGM tools and capabilities, and improve processes for cross functional planning and execution. The role will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to Global Business Development. As key responsibilities we can highlight the following: • Lead Cultural change inside the Business Units assigned to move from a volume to a value driven commercial organization • In coordination with the Global Development Manager, lead the implementation of the Picture of Success- 5 RMG pillars-(Assortment, Pricing, Promotion, Trade Spend & Visibility) in countries assigned (detecting new opportunities) as reflected on the Strategic Business Plan of the company. • Lead pricing excellence in countries assigned using internal and external tools to be best in class inside the category. • Help govern the RGM analytics deep dive projects and agreed KPIs • Adapt the analytic processes & excel-based models for business planning purposes to the BU needs (with the help of Global RGM) • Help the BU to identify new business opportunities • Boost global commercial best practices (process, analysis, etc) in countries assigned • Support implementation of new commercial tool Visual Fabric extracting the best of the RGM development • Analytic support for the BU: Reports, evaluation of strategies (promo, sales, etc) • Track RGM performance, providing new alternatives, and the best scorecards to track and share with Commercial Teams Our ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of business experience in analytical and/or commercial finance role within FMCG environment, consultancy or as Revenue Growth Manager. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field, graduate degree preferred • Proven success developing Pricing, Promotion, Assortment and Trade optimization within a FMCG environment • Proven success developing Pricing & Promotion structures • Proven track record for delivering documented, sustainable results • JD Edwards, Cognos, Power BI, IRI, Nielsen system experience a plus
