The Country Manager will play a critical role in growing the e-mobility product and service offerings in new European markets. You will be expected to understand the customer, products and our competitors. You will have experience in the Retail, micro-mobility or commuting sector, or a significant passion for cycling.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll become the country expert through close customer understanding, researching and visiting the
market and taking every opportunity to improve company understanding of the market – especially at
launch.
Delivering market reports and market sales dashboards to help us shape a nimble and agile approach to
marketing, targeting and customer behaviour
You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing – including search Engine competitiveness, key
word advertising to give the competitive edge in online targeting and sales promotion
You will be creative – helping shape the local advertising copy that will capture and engage the local
customer but also help grow the brand position
Be good at copy writing and a strong attention to detail
A translation expert – we need your language skills to shape global advertising into local language assets.
We want you to take ownership for translating and localising content to the market
Identifying, scoping and delivering CX improvement projects which will ensure Pure differentiates itself
from the competition.
Getting creative. Find new ways to improve the experience and delight our customers. From building
communities for customers to optimising the unboxing experience .
Work with a variety of internal stakeholders (marketing, product, logistics, tech) to ensure messaging
is consistent and optimised
What you’ll need
Languages;Spanish and English- both verbal and written communication to an exceptional standard for your specific market.
You enjoy being hands on, eager to solve problems, you like to seek out the root cause of an issue and
take ownership to resolve it
Previous experience in a Retail or Ecommerce businesses, ideally with an SME Ability to pay close attention
to detail, juggling multiple tasks at once whilst keeping the team and customer informed
Be a proactive self-starter and be able to work as part of a team, have humility and be able to collaborate
well with the wider teams
Flexibility and the willingness to do what is needed to successfully launch in your market
You’ll have a hunger for learning with a strong work ethic
You instinctively understand customers and what is important to them,

Have an analytical mindset and be able to understand market trends as well as opportunities gathered
from data.
