FUNKTIONEN
Mission:
To achieve turnover targets with maximum average price and gross margin by establishing lasting bonds of trust with key people at your customers.
Functions:
- Develop and present technical and commercial proposals for formwork systems for the building and civil engineering markets.
- Manage the entire marketing process with customers starting from site location to closing deals and solving post-sales and collection problems in case there are any. Integral customer service with a single interlocutor.
- Manage the assigned client portfolio and expand it to reach 100% of the target market.
- Build public and professional relationships with key people in the client's organization chart.
- Defend the interests of the Company.
- Willing to put all your skills at the service of the Company.
- Achieve the highest possible sales/rentals price without losing operations.
- Report any incidence of product quality service and resolve working as a team with the back office all post sales problems with maximum speed and customer service attitude.
- Acquire the maximum of technical product knowledge and sales argumentation through the Company's training courses and through continuous self-training on a daily basis.
- To invest 80% of his/her time in customer/site visits and 20% in back office tasks.
- Follow Company policies and strategies. Participate in their design and development.
- Report weekly to your Delegate at the CSQ (Bi-weekly Follow-up Committee) meeting in a cooperative and positive attitude.
- Propose continuous improvements in any area of the Company.
- Search for market opportunities.
- Monitor and control the results of turnover, average price and gross margins in your area.
- Comply with the Company's internal regulations and procedures.
Professional Skills:
- Degree: Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) or Mechanical Engineering.
- Postgraduate studies or additional training desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of 2 years working in the technical-commercial area or as a Site Manager or as an Engineering
Engineer or Estimator or similar.
- Desirable command of the usual office programs (Word, Excel, AutoCad, etc.).
- Fluent level of English desirable.
Personal Skills:
- Profile with high commercial, leadership, persuasion and communication skills.
- Very persevering, positive, driven and energetic profile.
- Own vehicle.
- Availability to move around the area.
