FUNKTIONEN
Following Some Of The Key Activities
• Managing the full life cycle recruiting process, starting from the acquisition of business line’s needs to the on-boarding of new resources.
• Partner with the internal clients ,Operations team to build effective sourcing, employer branding, and closing approaches with the aptitude to understand and satisfy company needs through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Continuously improving the recruiting workflow to make sure efficiency, quality and return on investments.
• Establish virtuous partnerships with external provider and direct sourcing to create high-quality pipelines of candidates.
• Acting consistently among business strategies and talent acquisition practices, influencing, persuading and impacting on business with the goal to always adhere the HR strategy.
• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding talent acquisition topics.
• Recommend ideas and strategies that will impact on the long-range growth of the company and fine-tuning current processes for sales professionals.
• Creating the Employer Branding strategic plan and the communication palimpsest on the main social channels.
• Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging people's leader
Requirements
• 5 years at least of recruiting experience in complex environments. Preferable industrial or automotive industry.
• Master’s Degree. An HR Specialization and or Post-Degree Master is strongly appreciated.
• Excellent knowledge of recruiting tools and employer branding techniques.
• Excellent Spanish and English
