FUNKTIONEN

Responsabilities: Reporting directly to EMEA Learning and Development Director: · Support sales growth through delivering trainings in Travel Retail and Distributor markets across Europe, Middle East, Africa (on the shopfloor, in-class and online when needed). · Deliver a variety of product retail training including skincare, fragrance, makeup and hair care. · Represent ELIZABETH ARDEN / REVLON and its brands inside and outside the organization. · Follow training strategy and annual training calendar defined by Learning & Development Director. · Execute field trainings in key locations & consistently deliver highest standards. · Follow and respect training budget defined by the Learning & Development Director. · Report regularly on training delivery and point of sales performance. · Help organize regional BA Conferences. · Support uniform orders and delivery for BAs. · Organize and participate in retail events (both TR and Distributor markets). · Participate and support Point of Sales brand activations, promotions and other events. · Organize training logistics and venues negotiating best rates possible. · Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Beauty Advisors, Sales Managers Team, Retailers, amongst others. Requirements: · Educated to degree level or equivalent. Professional experience in retail (preferably Travel Retail) and/or in the cosmetic industry. · Previous experience in sales, retail quality of service, customer experience would be desirable. · Demonstrable successful training delivery in-class and/or on the shopfloor. · Excellent skincare, make up and fragrances product and industry knowledge. · Excellent public speaking skills. · Excellent presentation/training delivery and facilitation skills. · Demonstrable planning and organizational skills. · MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required. · Fluency in English, excellent written and oral skills; an additional language would be an asset. · Strong communication skills, verbal and written, at all levels. · Able to travel extensively all around Europe, Middle East, Africa.
