FUNCTIONS
- Manage Alliances relationship, being the dedicated point of contact of partners & coordinating with local teams.
- Project management requires to follow-up on the initiatives by brand & market, providing daily support to the team, and being responsible of the Sales monthly/quarterly performance reviews, etc.
- Running opportunity mapping concluding on size of the prize, priority recommendation and selection of the key/most relevant initiatives.
- Align vision and strategic orientation at Group level, presenting opportunity mapping to Company’s Top Management, and traducing it in the Group’s strategy.
- Ensure 360o business evaluation via business-case building and assessment of the scenarios for the key Innovation projects.
- Project management: progress follow-up, support local teams in setting targets, design launch plan and post-launch monitoring.
- Coordinate the Innovation Process at Group & BU levels, managing relationship with relevant stakeholders, consolidating info from all parties & presenting projects’ progresses in the dedicated forums.
REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate has a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering . Master or MBA is a plus, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in same or related position, Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG company or top consulting firm.
- Advanced User of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Fluent in English and French (Other languages are a plus).
- Highly desirable previous experience in Revenue Management, Finance, or in Key Account Management.
- Proven track record in Project Management in sales or business development.
- Multi-field knowledge (Commercial & Marketing, Supply, Finance).
- End-to-end business acumen and orientation.
- Experience in international, multicultural and matrix environments.
