As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll identify, attract and hire the best candidates to join REVLON teams across Iberia & EMEA. Ensuring the best candidate experience with an eye for constantly improving the process for internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand the technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
- Define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies and provide a qualified candidate pool.
- Source hard-to-find talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and a variety of channels, using diverse sourcing tools and techniques in order to effectively reach the targets of direct recruitment.
- Conduct interviews to obtain information regarding the applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
- Coordinating external candidate interviews (in-person, video, and phone), including candidate travel, interview schedule creation, and all candidate/interviewer communications.
- Build a long-term talent pipeline by using creative and effective sourcing strategies.
- Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent pools.
- Manage partnerships with Human Resources Business Partners & recruitments’ third-party agencies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Participating in Operations Team meetings by sharing best practices, escalating issues, and recommending solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or similar. HR Master/ Postgraduate preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a dynamic International business environment.
- 2 years of experience in the use of LinkedIn recruiter is a must.
- Possess industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant FMCG skills & target companies.
- Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to the Linkedin recruiter, Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, etc.
- This role requires strong recruiting and research acumen to provide a consistent high-quality pipeline of candidates along with excellent client relationship skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and passion for being a solutions provider.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
