Mission:
The HR Manager will be the person in charge of all HR matters in France and will give support in Internal Communication and Employer Branding matters globally.
Main functions:
• Understanding and delivering the HR business strategy.
• Building the appropriate people plans to align with the long and short-term needs of the business.
• Maintain and develop HR policies
• Provide guidance to the business on HR procedures.
• HR Business Partnering with site management teams.
• Manage recruitment processes, on boarding, payroll, evaluations and organisational effectiveness.
• Driving high performance at each level within the business represented by a safe, diverse, inclusive, and fulfilling work environment where individual well-being is valued.
• Responsible for the Labor Risk Prevention strategy and implementation.
• Management of employment law issues including disciplinaries, grievances appeals and other HR matters.
• Support in all matters of the Internal Communication and Employer Branding agenda globally together with the Global HR Manager.
• Supporting HR administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role
• Proven HR generalist experience as recruitment, employee relations, organisational effectiveness...etc
• Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of employment law
• Promote change.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Fluent / Medium Spanish level would be appreciated.
• English mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Payroll knowledge
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and driven
• Practical problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Confident with HR reporting
