FUNKTIONEN

We are seeking a General Director with strong expertise in operational management and supply chain optimization, combined with the ability to support international growth. This role is vital for leading a family-owned company that specializes in manufacturing wellness equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process optimization, and proactive management, while supporting the company’s expansion into new markets. Your Mission: -Enhance and Optimize Operations: Oversee and guide production processes, ensuring the implementation of efficient practices that optimize resources and reduce costs. -Comprehensive Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies that enhance logistics, sourcing of raw materials, and product distribution to ensure timely delivery and high quality. -Lead Operational Teams: Coordinate, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams in production and logistics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. -Standardize Processes: Develop and refine systems and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. -Strategic Commercial Development: Support the development of commercial strategies with a focus on international expansion, building partnerships that align with operational objectives. Your Profile: -Over 10 years of experience in operations management, supply chain leadership, and team oversight, preferably in manufacturing companies. -Proven success in driving operational improvements, cost reductions, and process optimizations. -Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a results-driven and collaborative environment. -Experience in managing international expansion initiatives. -Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, or Italian is highly valued. -Passion for the wellness sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
