Are you a strategic and empathetic HR leader ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing organization? We are seeking a dedicated Regional HR Manager to lead our Human Resources efforts for the North Region of Germany. This pivotal role is created due to our substantial growth and the need to establish robust HR structures, particularly for our expanding portfolio. You will be instrumental in shaping the HR direction, leading critical HR tech implementations, and fostering an environment of high employee engagement and talent development.

This is a unique opportunity to join a strategic role within a dynamic organization, offering considerable autonomy within an agreed framework. You will lead a dedicated team of HR Business Partners, influence key stakeholders across multiple properties, and drive initiatives that directly contribute to our business success.

If you are a pragmatic, data-driven leader with a strong understanding of German labor law and a passion for people, this role offers the platform to truly excel and leave a lasting legacy.

Responsibilities:

As a Regional HR Manager, you will:
- Decide and implement the strategic HR direction for the North Region portfolio.
- Deploy a comprehensive 3-year HR plan, encompassing engagement surveys, productivity initiatives, employer branding, talent development, and HR tech implementation.
- Coach, mentor, and lead a team of HR Business Partners, acting as a key sparring partner for their professional development.
- Guide the formation and establishment of HR structures for the new portfolio, including clustering HR roles and managing unionization efforts.
- Oversee and manage payroll processes, financial forecasting, and budgeting for the region, actively participating in P&L and forecast calls.
- Lead the implementation of new HR systems, including the replacement of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Core HRIS, and Time and Attendance systems.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement strategies to reduce turnover across the region.
- Optimize manning structures and implement productivity initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Managers (GMs), Heads of Department (HODs), VP Operations, Head of Hotel Finance, and other Area HR Managers.
- Travel up to 40% within the North Region to support on-site teams. (2 days home based and 3 days travelling).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Extensive experience leading multi‑site HR operations within the luxury sector or other high‑performance, brand‑driven environments.
- Proven track record in guiding and developing HR teams, acting as an empathetic, pragmatic, and decisive people leader.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse senior stakeholders, including General Managers and functional Heads.
- In‑depth knowledge and practical application of German labor law.
- Solid experience in P&L oversight, financial forecasting, and strategic budgeting.
- Strong focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and confidently challenge established practices when necessary.
- Professional working proficiency in English and full professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the Northern Region of Germany.
- Experience with HR system implementations (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Core HRIS, Time and Attendance systems).
- Familiarity with luxury standards and operations.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities to foster team growth and performance.

Company Description:

Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization at the forefront of the luxury sector. We are a company driven by growth, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence across every facet of our operations. With a diverse portfolio of high‑end brands, we cultivate a vibrant and inclusive culture where exceptional talent can truly thrive. As we continue our significant expansion in Germany, we are seeking passionate and strategic leaders who can shape our future and empower our teams. Become part of an organization where your contributions directly influence our success and elevate the experience of our valued clientele and employees.
