FONCTIONS
Main duties:
- Delivery of budgeted targets assigned, both current portfolio and new customers
- Accurate account management
- Keep a relationship with assigned customers and prospects at high level (even C Level).
- Deliver specific projects
- Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted
to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way
- Account Plan creation and maintenance
- Accurate use of our ‘CRM’ system (Salesforce) to plan, record and report account specific
activity
- Business statistics interpretation and presentation. Use of datamining software (Micro Strategy)
Main areas of responsibilities
- Achievement of Budget targets
- Set sales targets and minimum quality standards required to field sales organization
- Ensure that a maximum amount of merchants use the company’s services. Cross sell across
accounts portfolio
- Analysis of results vs. objectives, understanding reason for deviation and initiation of corrective
actions when needed
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce), Datamining (MStrategy) and all sales tools are properly used as well
desired working method is applied
- Report to the Company all significant competitor activities and market trends
- Relationship with customers and prospects assigned, as well as main stakeholders
- Ensure all activities are done in respect of Company rules and applicable legislation

Education and qualifications:
- University graduate preferred
- Written and conversational spoken English and Catalan
- Italian and/or French are a plus
Experience:
- Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach the
sales targets
- 4-5 years’ experience of key account management
