Job purpose: The Brand Planning activation set the brand objectives of the brand and define the most efficient activation plan allocating the A&P resources. Tracking that activation plan is delivering the business results expected and proposing actions to close the gaps or capture new opportunities is key in this role. Main accountabilities: - Set brand objectives based on the deep understanding of the brand and market dynamics (Awareness, consideration, penetration, ms…% ) - Define, coordinate and present Annual Brand Plan. Counting with the alignment with the strategy&innovation team, mental availability team, sales and trade teams propose the initiatives and KPI’s to be developed together with the A&P allocation by initiative. - Brand’s P&L deep understanding from volume to OI - Analyze and follow up the market information (SSE and competitors), Food, OOF, Shopper, etc…in order to identify opportunities and risks, with a proven market and business knowledge. - Analyze and follow up brand’s P&L (cogs, €/L, Gross Profit, …) to identify opportunities and risk vs. budget objectives - Follow up Brand Plan KPI’s. Considerate the Initiatives' ROI ,measured by the mental and trade teams, to anticipate plan adjustment in order to activate the most efficient plan. - Propose mitigation actions aligned with strategy&innovation team, mental availability team, sales and trade teams to cover the gaps that might arise or capture opportunities - Cascade down the Brand Plan to commercial teams, internal employees, clients - Keep on close contact with front line teams to share learnings and get insights that may impact the plan - Regular Field visits - Build and develop partnership with other companies looking for opportunities Requeriment: - Previous experience more of 3 years in a similar marketing position preferably in FMCG industry - Robust analytical skills - Organized and structured - Strong ability to influence and impact - Curious, open-minded, seeking for new trends - Clear understanding of the P&L - Knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, Kantar tools - Fluent in Spanish and English - Versatility
