As a Brand Ambassador/ Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of the brand, representing excellence and sophistication in every interaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Customer Service: Welcome customers with warmth and grace, cater to their inquiries, offer personalized recommendations, and share detailed product information to enhance their shopping experience. - Sales Support: Assist sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate customer records, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism and efficiency. - Product Knowledge: Delve into the intricate world of luxury watches, mastering their features, materials, and craftsmanship, allowing you to eloquently convey their value to our discerning clientele. - Visual Merchandising: Showcase products in a visually stunning manner, adhering to brand guidelines and creating an ambiance that exudes sophistication and elegance. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with esteemed clientele by addressing their needs, providing post-sales support, and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction. - Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the dynamic sales team, contributing to the collective success by meeting sales targets, actively participating in team meetings, and fostering a collaborative environment. - Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism by strictly adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring a secure and privacy-conscious environment for our clients. Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan. - A minimum of 8-10 years of prior experience in B2B commercial and retail roles, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end fashion industry. - Exceptional communication skills coupled with a customer-centric mindset. - Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational capabilities. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease. - Knowledge or appreciation of luxury watches and fine craftsmanship is advantageous. - Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software is preferred. - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
