FUNKTIONEN

We are looking for an HR Manager LATAM to join our client's team, an important multinational direct sales company in the cosmetics and personal care industry. As HR Manager for Latam, you will be in charge of bringing, tropicalizing and implementing in all countries that make up the region, the group's global strategy for the HR area. You will work in a global team, with a dual reporting to the VP Global HR located at Headquarters, and to the Latin America Financial Management. Of course, all work is in English, so you need to be fully fluent in English. You will have a team based in Mexico of three people, and you will manage a regional team in each of the countries on a dotted line. It is essential that you have experience leading teams in the HR area. In summary, your responsibilities will be as follows: - Lead the HR function across markets of responsibility in Latam - Along with the leaders of the organization at a global level, the HR Manager Latam should drive the people strategy, organizational design, leadership development and the process of change and transformation that will build stronger functional organisations capable of enhancing business performance. -Support the Management team in leading, managing and motivating local teams by acting as a Business Partner of each one of the markets. - Design and implement employee and organizational development plans by designing and implementing learning & development practises, career development planning, performance management reviews, talent and succession plannings...etc. - Implementing global HR processes for recruitment, HR administration, employee communication and compensation and benefits. To apply for this position you need to meet the following requirements: * 8-10 years of relevant experience in a generalist or specialist HR role in a Consumer Goods, Direct Selling, or other related industries. * 5 years minimum experience leading teams and line management experience. * Experience reporting to HQ and working with global teams. * Experience managing change processes. * Fluency in English is a must (oral and written). * Experience in developing and facilitating training courses is a plus (not essential).
