FUNKTIONEN
Directly reporting to Mexico’s COO and to the Group´s CFO, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team in Mexico of our client, a global leading European multinational company in the ingredients distribution business for the Feed & Food industries. The company is growing and expanding operations in Mexico and is in a stage of growing strong. We are looking for someone who can take care of the Accounting tasks, but also can act as a business partner of the business from a strategic perspective and guide the company to its next step of growth and consolidations in Mexico. In a medium term, you may be able to hire a team as required by the operation´s growth. Your main functions will be: o Manage, overlook, register and prepare payment to suppliers. o Registration of bank movements and invoices from suppliers. o Prepare and reconcile Taxes, VAT, Depreciations, Amortizations, Inventory, Exchange Rates Adjustments and Internal Balances. o Reporting and follow up on Budgets by preparing monthly and quarterly closing reports and any financial documentation for internal use. o Preparing the Year-end closing, with documentation for internal use and infomration to the external auditors. What you need to have: - +5 years of experience as a Finance Manager / General Accountant. - Experience within multinational companies, used to work and report to head offices in other regions. - Fluent in English language at a business level.
