We are looking for an Area Sales Manager in France for a world leader in the manufacturing of flexible packaging films.
Your mission will be to develop the French market, combining the management of current accounts with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Partially manage the current customer portfolio (converters).
- Develop new business: opening key accounts (converters and brands).
- Execute a commercial plan focused on target accounts.
- Coordinate with quality, market development and customer service teams.
- Use Salesforce as primary CRM and planning tool.
What profile we are looking for:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging.
- University education: BBA, Marketing or Engineering (Chemical, Industrial...).
- Fluent English.
- Hunter profile, with clear orientation to results and new business generation.
- Ability to maintain technical conversations with customers.
- Experience or sensitivity in client-operations relationship management.
- Interest in sustainability and knowledge of the French market, valued.
Location and work dynamics:
- 100% remote, residing in France, with good connection for frequent travel.
