- Management of labor relations, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution

- Recruitment activities in coordination with an HR assistant

- Full management of temporary staffing agencies (ETTs)

- Monthly HR administrative closing (hours, absences, invoices, cost checks)

- Support and implementation of global HR processes (training, performance review, etc.)

- Close collaboration with management and operational teams across different sites

Requirements:

- HR Generalist profile with 4–5 years of experience

- Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administration

- Proven experience managing temporary staffing agencies

- Hands-on attitude and willingness to work in a structured but operational environment

- Ability to manage conflict, communicate assertively and work with strong personalities

- Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP

- Fluent English (Spanish is not required)

- Based in the Turin area or willing to commute daily (car required)

If you are a practical, resilient and proactive HR professional, motivated by challenges and eager to grow in an international environment, we would be happy to hear from you!
