FUNKTIONEN

Our client, a leader in high-quality aluminum transformation for the automotive, electrical and industrial sectors, is looking for a Quality Manager for their plant in Brescia. Your mission will be to ensure that all processes and products meet IATF 16949 and ISO 9001/14001 standards by: - Performing both office-based quality system management and hands-on quality testing on the shop floor. - Acting as the technical liaison with key clients—especially in Switzerland—for critical assembly issues. Your key responsibilities will be: 1) On-site testing & control: - Execute quality tests with operators: sampling, mechanical/electrical tests, alloy analyses - Verify technical specifications before product dispatch 2) Office-based Quality Activities (80%) - Develop and update procedures, control plans and quality manuals - Analyze quality data and KPIs; drive corrective/preventive actions (8D, CAPA) - Oversee migration of quality modules from Navision to Microsoft 365 (or SAP) What profile we are looking for: - Experience: 5–8 years in industrial quality (ideally metallurgy, automotive or cable manufacturing) - Education: Technical qualification or equivalent hands-on experience (degree not mandatory). - Standards Knowledge: Deep expertise in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001/14001 - Systems: familiarity in working with Microsoft 365 or SAP is plus - Languages: Advanced English (B2–C1) spoken and written. - Skills: Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, effective communication and problem-solving focus.
