FUNKTIONEN

The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning of inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing service levels. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:  - Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability andoptimal inventory levels.  -Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and demand forecasts to make informed planning decisions.  - Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations.  -Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.  -Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, supply chain performance, and key metrics.  -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.  -Coordinate new launches to ensure marketing and commercial plans are successfully executed Qualifications:  -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role 2 -4 years’ experience in FMCG, Cosmetic Industry, etc -Fluent in English language (C1)  -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  -Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.  -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  -Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
