We are seeking a senior, hands-on Area Sales Manager to join an international sales team in Paris. This is a high-impact role where you will take full ownership of a portfolio of premium fragrance brands across diverse international markets. You will be responsible for managing and growing a network of approximately 15 distributors, balancing business development with the strategic expansion of existing partnerships. This position offers broad exposure across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, requiring a professional who can integrate quickly and drive sustainable growth autonomously. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

Manage and optimize an international network of distributors across assigned territories to ensure brand alignment and sales growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive annual commercial plans and accurate sales forecasts.
Take full ownership of sales budgets and P&L, delivering consistent revenue growth and profitability.
Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Coordinate high-profile product launches and trade marketing activities in collaboration with internal brand teams.
Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers and travel retail partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations and market support.

Anforderungen:

Must-Haves:
- 5–15 years of international commercial experience, specifically within the Premium Beauty sector (Fragrance experience is strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in international distributor management and managing multiple global markets.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Willingness to travel frequently to international markets.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Direct experience managing a portfolio of fragrance brands.
- Previous experience in leading beauty corporations (e.g., Coty, Puig, Shiseido, Interparfums, LVMH Fragrance Brands).
- Experience within selective retail and travel retail channels.
- Proficiency in French.
- An existing network within the premium beauty distribution landscape.
