FONCTIONS

Our client, a leading international company is looking for a dynamic and visionary HR Manager to join the team. Reporting to HR Director, you will lead a team within the Labor Relations and Compensation & Benefits department. The company is experiencing significant growth and this position offers a unique opportunity to create, foster collaboration and drive positive change. As HR Manager, you will be instrumental in streamlining HR operations, implementing workload systems, analysing data to inform improvement strategies and monitoring team performance. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day HR operations, including compensation and benefits, budgeting, payroll and reporting. - Implement databases and digital systems to optimise internal HR and company processes. - Data analysis and proposals for improvements. - Supervision of the team in charge. Requirements: - Extensive knowledge of employment law and analytical skills. - Previous experience in leadership and team management. - Ability to deal with problems and provide effective solutions. - Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships. - Fluency in English.
