FONCTIONS

This position is to lead the team for the origination and project development of wind and photovoltaic projects in Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen, and Nordrhein-Westfalen. What you will do: • Lead the team for the origination and development of wind onshore and PV ground-mounted projects in Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen, and NRW • Develop a sustainable strategy to deliver regional contribution to overall company objectives • Organize and supervise the team and project development and origination for the region, including coordination of external land agents • Delivery of project milestones and regional objectives • Identify and approach possible partners or providers of onshore/PV development projects • Build new relationships across the renewable energy market and maintain close contact with the existing network seeking for potential collaborations for co-development of wind and PV projects • Independently negotiate the initiation of strategic cooperation and identify economically attractive projects or project pipelines • Represent the company and establish and maintain contacts with important stakeholders (landowners, politicians, authorities, municipalities, co-development partnerships etc.) and negotiate of major contracts • Set up, constantly train, supervise, and motivate a growing regional team What we are looking for: • Several years of experience in the development and acquisition of development projects onshore and/or PV in the German market • Extensive network in the wind and solar industry and excellent knowledge of the market situation in Germany especially in the relevant regions • Leadership and strong interpersonal as well as communicative skills • Excellent negotiating skills, assertiveness, and a responsible working style • Sound experience in the evaluation of wind energy and/or PV projects in all development phases • Knowledge of real estate law and environmental law would be an advantage • Native German and fluent in English (Spanish will be valuable) • Driving license class B • The office is located in Bremen.
