FONCTIONS
Reporting to Global Marketing VIP your responsabilities will be:
Strategy: Lead development and execution of the global marketing strategy plan, partnering with
regions, countries, and key stake holders to create effective plans focused on growing the
audience for our products and services
Marketing: responsibility for the global marketing function including portfolio management and
products lifecycle, new product development, branding, content creation, digital marketing.
(Develop and) Coordinate all brand support material to maintain the highest image of the brand.
Team Management: leverage leadership skills and experiences to continuously improve the
marketing function including talent, structure, processes, tools, and techniques.
Goal Setting: define specific goals for the brand and measure the commercial and brand impact of
marketing initiatives using well-defined metrics and KPIs.
Go To Market; understand the competitive landscape and define approaches to differentiate our
value-propositions in the marketplace.
Agency Management: manage relationships with agencies and outside marketing partners to
accelerate marketing initiatives.
Budget Management: manage the global marketing budget to optimize marketing spend, securing
ROI.
Compliance: Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements and
policies.
Position reports into SVP Professional Brands
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in global marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
Expertise in market research, analysis, and segmentation
Excellent leadership skills and ability to set direction and develop the team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Experience in Cosmetics/Beauty industry or in B2B sector will be valued.
Experience leading +3 people teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others.
English Proficiency.
