We're seeking a results-oriented Head of Growth to craft winning growth strategies and lead the charge in achieving significant growth and performance across all levers. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing tactics to identify and test rapid opportunities for increased brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across markets. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of regional growth strategies, encompassing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and best-in-class retention initiatives. Manage agency partners to deliver optimal growth across all digital channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliates, display, video, and shopping accounts. Implement a data-driven retention strategy designed to increase key customer metrics, such as active database, speed to second purchase, and reactivation rates. Oversee EMEA's online growth marketing and CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with regional objectives. Manage performance marketing spend effectively, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on KPIs. Develop and execute an aggressive acquisition strategy that meets regional customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and leverage best practices. Work closely with the omnichannel and CRM teams to consistently test, learn from, and optimize email and loyalty programs, including welcome series, reactivation campaigns, and other lifecycle marketing tactics. Partner with the customer insights team to gain valuable customer feedback and drive data-informed decisions. Lead a team of 8 talented growth professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their success. Requirements: 8-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing and CRM, with a strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals. Proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams in a multicultural environment. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of localization and global digital marketing strategies. A passion for innovation and a proven ability to deliver both strategic vision and creative execution. Commercial acumen with experience working towards ROAS goals, optimizing margins, and driving strategic growth across multiple markets. International/EMEA experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Robust project management experience, ideally as an SEO/CRM Senior Program Manager. Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Comfort with technical concepts and adeptness at learning new technologies.
